Detached cottage whose courtyard is shared with the owner's house. Ground floor with a small veranda. A dining room with a Murphy bed (double bed), a kitchen area. Upstairs, there is a bathroom (shower, sink and washing machine), separate toilet right next to it, and the bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed). Outside, the cottage has its own terrace at the back, with a lawn area, table, chairs and of course a barbecue. Utilities are included.
