In this respect, the Bruyères Vallons des Vosges Tourist Office respects the following commitments:
Display the label prominently, preferably outside the site or facility, and in all publications or information media promoting the tourist offering.
Guarantee optimal and sustainable availability of equipment and spaces adapted to disabled customers, at all times of the year.
Inform, upon simple request, of the characteristics of the tourist offer adapted and proposed to customers, without forgetting the limits, in an objective and reliable manner.
Promote the quality of reception through appropriate training or awareness-raising actions for its staff.
Maintain, through regular maintenance, the equipment and services which enabled the label to be obtained.
Inform the label management body of any changes likely to modify the reception and accessibility conditions.
Jointly with the label manager, encourage other local partners to promote the accessibility of the outdoor environment of the facility or establishment as part of a tourist territory approach.
