This new season opens more on sports experiences in the heart of nature. The Tourist Office is teaming up with new partners, specialists in their disciplines, to offer introductions to new practices in our region, such as archery, fishing, climbing, and Nordic walking.
CLIMBING AT THE POINTHAIE ROCKS

Join us on the heights of Bruyères, for a climbing session open to everyone from 10 years old!
An exceptional setting: on the natural site of Bruyères, climb with a breathtaking view, surrounded by the preserved landscapes of the Vosges heights.
A moment for everyone: whether you are a budding adventurer, a thrill-seeker or curious about nature, this activity is designed to combine pleasure, safety and conviviality.

ARCHERY
Archery is an ancient sport that requires self-control and commitment. With Vincent, you'll learn the fundamentals of this exciting discipline: posture, gestures, aim, and more. You'll also learn how to use your bow and arrows safely and effectively.

FISHING IN THE POINTHAIE PONDS
Steve Blind, a qualified instructor-guide, offers you a half-day introduction to coarse fishing at the Pointhaie ponds.
Coarse fishing is a technique that involves using a rod without a reel, a line, a float and bait to catch coarse fish.
Equipment and fishing license provided.

NORDIC WALKING
Nordic walking accompanied by your guide Vanessa for an audience from of 16 years.
This practice is an endurance sport that, thanks to the use of specific poles (Nordic sticks), allows you to work the upper body while relieving stress on the joints. Innovative and very complete, a mix of active walking and stretching, Nordic walking is particularly popular for fitness.
