This circuit, suitable for mountain bikes, does not involve any real difficulties and allows you to discover the different facets of the Vosges Valleys. However, two hills will put the less experienced to the test.
Mainly traced on small roads, you will also be led to ride on main roads.

Along the route, you will find 14 terminals equipped with a QR Code. An audio track will be offered to help you discover the many facets of the Vosges valleys.
A project funded by the European Union with the LEADER program.

You also have the possibility to enjoy a meal included, two options:

- from a restaurant in the area.
More information from the Bruyères Tourist Office.

From Bruyères, the VTC route begins with an intra-urban route focusing on picturesque little streets and offering a view of the remains of the Bruyères castle. It then heads towards the Massif de l'Helledraye where it takes part of the Circuit des Fourmis. At the crossroads of the 4 paths, continue straight ahead to overlook the Vologne valley. On your right, about 200 m away, you can discover the US Monument and the Nœud de l'Amitié dedicated to our American liberators during the Second World War. The route continues along the ridge line at the level of the Helledraye massif, offering several panoramic views of the Vologne valley before reaching the town of Fays. The route leads to Lépanges-sur-Vologne, which offers a characteristic example of a workers' town that bears witness to our industrial textile past. You will be able to observe it better on your left after crossing the Vologne when you reach Prey then Fiménil. The rest of the route offers multiple crossings and encounters with the Vologne (1st category river: fishing and history linked to the freshwater pearl). It then joins the Romanesque church of Champ le Duc. To finish, the circuit runs along the Avison (emblematic mountain of Bruyérois) with the discovery of the Chapelle de la Roche (Fontaine St Georges below at 100 m) and joins the Place Stanislas in the heart of Bruyères passing in front of the old synagogue classified as a historical monument which today houses the Henri-Mathieu de Bruyères Museum.
